Less than a month after the passing of Peter, her beloved husband of 65 years, Anna, 86, passed away suddenly at home in Kelowna, BC on November 20, 2012. Born June 17, 1926, in Burstall, Saskatchewan, Anna moved to the Okanagan when she was 16, where she met Peter. Anna and Peter were married on April 15, 1947 and for the duration of their marriage, working hand in hand, they complimented each other with their individual personalities and gifts. Anna loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren immensely. The walls in her home are a gallery of family photographs, so she could have her beloved ones close to her always. A gifted homemaker, Anna also loved music. She was a talented seamstress; she also knitted and crocheted, which were among the many hobbies she taught to her family. Anna's greatest talent, and greatest legacy, however, was her passion for food and cooking. She
