MORROW, Phillip Wayne Born May 13th, 1939, passed away peacefully September 30th, 2012 in his birth city of Kelowna, B.C. at the age of 73. Predeceased by father Roy, mother Delphine, and half-brother Reggie. Left to mourn his passing are children; Laura, Deborah and Daniel; sisters, Trudine and Beverley and half-brother Rick. Dad was born in Kelowna and lived in Vancouver and the outskirts of Victoria during his life. He retired from Canada Customs after 33 years of service. During his career, he worked downtown Vancouver, Pacific Hwy and Peace Arch Border crossings, Victoria Airport, Kelowna Airport and Kelowna downtown office. Dad truly cared for his family and friends and left us just as we have always known him. 'Stubborn by nature - to the end - and spiced with his sarcastic sense of humor.'
