DEAN, James 'Jim' William January 23, 1957 - September 3, 2012 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of Jim's sudden passing in Westbank, BC on September 3, 2012 at the age of 55. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Gina; sons Tommie, Daniel and Mackenzie; mother Mary Marilyn; sisters Debbie and Janice; brother Garry, and their families, long time friend Phil and many others who loved him. He was predeceased by his father James William. Jim was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He moved to Kelowna in 1969 and attended Kelowna Secondary School and graduated in 1975. Jim spent many cold winters working on the oil rigs in Northern BC and Alberta. Later he moved to Fort McMurray, Alberta where he worked for Suncor for over 23 years and raised his boys. After a severe heart attack in 2008 he returned to his much-loved Kelowna. A Celebration of Jim's Life will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Hansons' Arbor Westwood Funeral Chapel, 2541 Chur
