RIEGER, Frederick July 17, 1928 - December 10, 2012 Fred Rieger, beloved husband of fifty-nine years to Irene, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2012 at the age of 84 years. Fred raised his family for many years in Kelowna and moved to Calgary in 1974. Besides his loving wife Irene, Fred is survived by three daughters, Karen (Bob), Debbie, and Gail (Alan); son Rick; eleven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Henry; and sisters, Mary and Anne, all of Kelowna. Fred was predeceased by his daughter Donna in 1993 and numerous brothers, sisters and loved ones. A Celebration of Fred's Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB) on Friday, December 21, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
