GALPIN, FRANCES ROSIE (BILINSKI) 1929 - 2012 Frances Galpin passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at the Penticton Regional Hospital. She leaves to celebrate her life her beloved husband of 64 years, Earl. Survived by brother-in-law, Alvin (Hazel) Galpin; nieces, Linda (Butch) VanBreugel; Leslie (Norman) Wilson; Alfie Anco; Patricia Folz and Sharyn Campbell, nephews, Allan Galpin; Gregory (Lori) Galpin; Brian Bilinski; Gary Bilinski; George Moore and many great and great-great nieces and nephews; predeceased by her parents, Alfred (Chmelewske) Bilinski and Rosie (Koleshka) Bilinski; sister, Anne (Alf) Wolff; Mable (Peter) Blaskin, Gwen (Roy) Huggard; brothers, Meryl Mackoveske, Stanley Bilinski and Alfred Bilinski. The last years of Frances' life were spent on Peritoneal and Hemo Dialysis at the Penticton Regional Hospital. Cared for and nurtured by the wonderful staff and nurses.
